White backs Boks to regain ascendancy
The Springboks’ 2007 Rugby World Cup-winning head coach, Jake White, believes South Africa can win the tournament again.
Friday, October 20, is the 10-year anniversary of South Africa’s 15-6 win over England in the final in Paris.
The Springboks have dipped in recent years and are fifth in the official World Rugby rankings, having been victorious in only nine of 21 Tests under current coach Allister Coetzee.
But White, who currently coaches the Toyota Verblitz club in Japan, said the Boks are able to reach the top once again.
“I think they can,” he told All Out Rugby.
