MLR Power Rankings Week 12: Seattle And Toronto Swap Places
Plenty of big results but would they have a big effect on the power rankings.
After many of the results from this weekend went the way they were expected to, there have been few changes to the power rankings. The only change this week saw the Toronto Arrows drop down to 5th, after they failed to win their first home game in their history. Their opponents, NOLA Gold, held their position at second as they continue to push Rugby United New York for the top billing. San Diego Legion, held firm in third after drubbing the Austin Elite, 45-15. It was a rather surprising result, given Austin’s promising performances in the proceeding rounds. Seattle continue to prove themselves a tough outing, downing the Utah Warriors by 12 points. Finally the Glendale Raptors’ massive come from behind performance, against the Houston SaberCats, while maybe saving their season, was not enough to see them get pumped up the power rankings in the eyes of those who vote.
